Come and celebrate the Christmas season with New West Symphony & Chorus and New West Student Ensemble at our annual presentation of Christmas with New West. This concert will feature Christmas music from a wide variety of musical genres including classical, gospel, contemporary and traditional Christmas carols that will surely be a source of hope and joy for guests of all ages.
Calgary’s New West Symphony & Chorus, a community-based choir and orchestra directed by Henric Ideström, has been encouraging and entertaining their audiences since 2010. New West’s Student Ensemble, under the direction of David Klob, is a dynamic youth choir and orchestra for students in Grades 7 through 12 that launched in September 2021.
Adult tickets range in price from $35 to $40, and this year New West is offering discounted tickets for youth 17 years and under. Christmas with New West has sold out in past years, so don’t wait to purchase your tickets for this year’s seasonal celebration of hope, love and joy!
Tickets are available through the Arts Commons website starting November 12 (with a “Friend of New West” early-access code) and on November 14 for the general public.
